how do I use Utopia boot disc?

Hi there. I don't know why but I can't get the Utopia boot disc to work. I put in a CD-R game but nothing happens. I've tried putting in one of my original GD-ROMs and they load fine. These games do have selfboot and work fine otherwise but I don't know why it won't read my CD-R games, could this be the problem?

maybe the games you burned are already selfboot could you post what game your trying to play wiith the boot loader and who released the game?
