Just game in...

Well I bought 5 games on ebay and I only bought games that were the top 30 best dreamcast games. So I got...I'm still waiting omn NFL 2k2. I'm going to buy Shenmue, Chu Chu Rocket, MVC2, Quake 3 when I get a little more cash.

-NBA 2k2
-Soul Calibur
-Test Drive Le Mans
-Jet Grind Radio
-Tennis 2k2

I just want to say, I have never had so much fun playing videogames. This takes me back to my childhood when games were just about having fun and not about the graphics or all the multi-media features. And I must say that I opened up Test Drive Le Mans this can easily be one of the best looking games I've seen in a long time. It probably could beat original xbox and Wii graphics.

Yeah, Le Mans is the best looking racing game on the system. Just imagine if the system lasted a full 5 years, we could have had GT4 graphics had the developers supported it and squezed out every last ounce of power.

Just take a look at Sturmwind, that looks like an Xbox Live Arcade game, best looking gfx on a shmup ever on the system.

btw if you want my copy of Shenmue lmk, I'd only want like 15+ shipping. Decent condition and complete w/passport disc.

It's a game very much worth trying, but if you ain't feeling it, you never will. That's where I'm at with it.

Yea I heard that Shenmue was a hit or miss with a lot of people. I never play adventure games usually, but ill give this one a chance since people have claimed its the best game for the dreamcast. I still havent played all the games that I bought yet. Havent opened up jet grind radio or tennis 2k2. I'm waiting to buy a nice fightpad like the ascii fightpad that adam koralik did a review on for the dreamcast so I can dominate at soul calibur and mvc2..

Don't forget to scoop up DOA2. It's just the best DOA. Later ones have outlandish graphics, and the karate girl and drunken fighter are admittedly both superb additions...but DOA2 is pure fist-of-fury, skirt-flipping, arcade-hardware speed.

Yea don't worry I already had it on my ebays watch list. I've also heard mixed reviews on the sonic adventures games. Are these games really worth it? It seems like they are hit or miss like the Shenmue titles.

Played Tennis 2k2 and NHL 2k2 for a couple of hours last night with a friend. So much fun.

For what it's worth, I haven't made it through Sonic Adventure or Shenmue for that matter. Neither hold my interest for long enough. One day maybe.l

Yea I know how you feel. I'm playing test drive le mans and its taking forever. Since each race takes like 10 min a piece. Plus you have all these tournaments to do and then you unlock more cars. Its very time consuming and your fingers are hurting so bad after you play. Dreamcast controller is not the best way to go.
