Hi there!
I recently read a topic on the subject, and I thought this could be interresting to have a quick overview of the answers. That's why I created this poll. Here, you can vote for your favorite wheel, of course, but also, in your comments, tell us which wheels you have already tried, and how you felt about them.
Here are the "nominees"!

1) Sega's official wheel:

2) Interact V3 FX:

3) Interact Concept 4:

4) MadCatz:

5) Mad Catz MC2:

6) Thrustmaster Ferrari:

Thanks for voting!

I'll go first ! I possess both Interact Concept 4 and Ferrari and I really prefer the latest.
It is complete, offers good resistance and is immediately recognized by the console. That means you can use paddles and levers at the same time. It is just missing the ruble option.

Ive fiddled with the official one as well as the mad catzs one. I personally still prefer up converting the Saturn wheel, since I've been using it go so long. More comfortable I guess, even if its not as precise as a dreamcast wheel.

I voted for the Madcatz mc2 as that's the one I used the most. The Ferrari is the best built and also the most expensive: A lot of guys used it online for F355 to great effect.

I never liked the official wheel, in fact I binned two quite recently :o

One you haven't listed is the Jordan(as in the Formula One team)wheel. Quite rare I think and I can't remember if it was any good ?

The interact Concept 4 picture you have isn't for the Dreamcast version, you can see in the picture that it has a PlayStation plug.

Heres a correct picture.

I love the Thrustmaster Ferrari wheel. I'm a huge Ferrari fan, and it just goes so well with F355 Challenge since it has the paddle shifts. F355 Challenge is about the only Dreamcast racer I play, though. Modern racing games have pretty much put all the classic ones to shame.

By the way, the Jordan Racing Wheel was made by Joytech. There's a pic on Amazon if you need one.

Like I said before, I had one for a year or so but it's such a long time ago I couldn't really comment. It was well made and certainly looked the part.

Well that is certainly true to some extent but I think the more quirky, less 'mainstream' DC racers have held their own pretty well over the years. I'm thinking of Demolition Racer, Revolt, Speed Devils and 4 Wheel Thunder - all timeless in my opinion. Also, graphically, games like Vanishing Point , V-Rally 2 SE and Le Mans 24hr still look the part. I played Sega Rally 2 on a ten foot screen last night through a VGA box and I have to say me and everyone there were astonished at how well the game played.
