If anyone could help me out with a list of games that were completed but never released for dreamcast that are 100% playable it would be great thanks as I want to buy them.

Buy them? Please don't buy them. You shouldn't pay for something that someone else stole and is freely available on the internet. I mean, you're stealing them either way, but you shouldn't pay for them

I think he might mean buying the actual GDR's. Not going to happen, they are in collectors hands and very expensive.
Half-Life and Propeller Arena, and the upcoming Geist Force are all that I know of off hand.
Hell Gate was released, and is playable, but glitchy as hell.

Wasn't there another game that leaked at the same time as Hell Gate that was even crappier?
I could've swore there was, but I couldn't find anything about it...
Anyways, if you want more Dreamcast games, look into the emulation scene. Neo Geo CD games are emulated very well. They're little short arcade style games, but there are also fighters, which have tons of play value.
If you're interested, there was also an early version of Rez that leaked called K-Project.

Also, Worms Pinball was going to be released, but they guy that was going to do it hasn't replied to my 2 emails to him.
Yeah, Neo Geo CD games are great on DC, they emulate perfectly and I can't say enough good things about them.
We have a ton of them just added to dcisozone over the last 2 weeks, and another guy just uploaded the latest version of the emulator with many new games.
Also, if you are wanting new fps games, Half-Life is very modable, and 2 of the greatest PC single player mods are full stand alone games on the DC now, Paranoia, and They Hunger.
I would have to say that my personal holy grail would be Worlds Scariest police chases, as it would have used the DC microphone to let you call for backup and had very good voice recognition like Seaman. Too bad it was never released.
