Dark Falz Ultimate

Hi
I have a Question about PSO DC V2 Dark Falz Ultimate Drops
Red Ring , Rico´s Earrings and Rico´s Glasses .
is it possible to find deze things OFFLINE?
after 9 years and over 1000 kills he never gave me anything ..not even money .
it drives me insane

Dark falz never gives anything.
The rare drop in some cases is indeed the red ring, but before releasing pso ver.2 sonic team decided to keep the "no item droping" rule, beeing so, red ring cannot drop and it's unobtainable.
The item does exist in the game and some ppl have decided to make quests to release the item, quest or no quest the item is not legit.
Same thing for rico's earrings and rico's glasses.
