Sorry if this is in wrong section but last night on pso online (and loads an loads of times a few years ago) I kept seeing sonic characters in the lobbies - how do you get them - also how do you get the awesome mags that I've seen?

To get them you need cheats or trainers, for a dreamcast player that can be a hard thing to get.
On schtserv a GM could turn you into one of those npcs, but that's outside sylverant, i don't know if they still do it or if they will do it, you will need to ask there.

Some ships might hold events in wich the music played in pioneer and the chars around may change, for example, Iselia event currently has sonic, tails, eggman around the pioneer.

I have no idea on what mags you saw, so i don't know how to get them.

As does Altimira. Ives and I decided to use that as an early summer event, since there's nothing else that would really fit in the summer.

There is an official quest with some nights music I thisnk - the one where your making a film, don't you get a jukebox where you can change the bgm?

Mag wise you can make a Chao and robo Chao, not many sonic ones in v1 or v2 that I know of.
