what do you mean by "real"?

can it actually learn, grow & eventually become skynet?

I'm not sure what you mean by this either. Do you make 'fake AI' as in vehicles following a set pre-programmed path, while 'real AI' is where vehicles react with others in the race and dont follow the same route?

I'll try think of some, if this is what you mean

Yes, that is what I mean.

In Hydro Thunder, the enemies always follow the same exact route, and finish in the same order.

Mario Kart has real AI, so does Donkey Kong Racing.

I thought of another one with "Fake AI", Re-Volt.

First time I thought you was talking about enemies getting slower when you are behind and faster when you are 1st.

I really don't understand why so many games incorporate this. I like feeling like a badass when I burn everyone and they have no chance of recovering. Some people say this makes games too easy, but then forget that most games like this have difficulty settings
