lol, I've never used skype before and don't really plan to if I'm honest, I'm quite happy chattin away on the forums lol

I've never understood what Skype is or what you need to run it ! I guess you need a phone or maybe the microphone on your computer plus the internet/phoneline ? And it's free right ?

It's a text/voip/video chat program that runs on windows mobile, windows, linux, mac, android, iphone, and psp. You can also make real calls with it for a fee.

But using its built in text-communication service is free.

Ok, thanks for the info. Not sure where that leaves this idea though. Like Ultrapro said, what's wrong with using these forums for chatting anyway ? It seems to work pretty successfully doesn't it ?

With Skype we can have a group chat and have live debate´s on Dreamcast topics. People use the chat on Xbox 360 why not have group of Dreamcast heads with a voice.

I´m always looking for more, and also get talks with some Dreamcast develops like Red Spot Games & NG´DEV there on facebook just ask em´ thay´d be happy to talk on Skype.
