I'm trying to think of the Dreamcast games which include a track editor or level editor. And I can't. Well, I can think of V-Rally, Tony Hawks and Sno-Cross Championship but are there any more I've missed ?

I suppose you can build tracks in games like Railroad Tycoon and Coaster Works but those don't really count.

A couple others are Monaco Grand Prix and Re-Volt.

On the VMU Tool disc you can upload premade tracks others have made for these games I believe.
