Im bringing this up here, since i dont got my keyboard yet for dreamcast!

When I joined the game today, i got mesages from Faithty that people say i have a non-legit char! He could not mention the names of the people who said it!
I belive that these kinds rumors is bad for the community!
If old-timers has these kinds of ideas then it would be better to confront me with it, instead of talking to people (faith) who then will spread it in a game, without giving anyone refferences to what he base his statements on.
One should think that a non-legal char would be very strong?
I dont think my char is very strong, not even for being a LV 102 FOnewearl!


He allso said that Rolf thought I was the char Hugo! (or the other way around)
I wonder: where do people come up with this stuff?

Im therefor willing to show of my Char to some of the admins here, to stop this witch-hunt once and for all!
I dont have that much knowledge in computing, but i guess if I send my savefile with serial number to some sort of PSO-genius, then he can trace if there has been any forms of cheating?
I can do it by physicaly sending a VMU copy in the mail (takes me 2 minutes) or upload the savefile to the internet if someone tells me how, and guarantee that the char will not be spread around the net!

I bet that TealC and K.B can vouch for my playing!
TealC saw me growing from LV 1-70.
K.B. has been my main partner in PSO since that time!

I think the whole thing is sad!

TealC saw me growing from LV 1-70.

Definitely no cheating here. I can say for certain that Felix is not strong at all. In fact he's just a weakling newbie that does hardly any damage to enemies. Hope that helps you out buddy.

That really depends, in a legit marked game (atleast on vega and iselia) all kinds of cheating are not alowed and if the cheats are items then there is a chance the players will be prevented from comming in, but no message is sent to those in game.
If you are in a game and legit command fails then someone in the team is using a non obtainable item, this is the only way (using methods avaiable for any player) that you know someone in your part is not legit (assuming ofcourse that you're legit for the command to be applied)
Another way (less effective) is to be in a game area besides pionner and look at what players do and use.

Here is what i'm going to say.
If the game is normal (no commands) i can't do anything, the game is avaiable, all can enter.
If the game is legit and you weren't then you would either had to leave or you will be prevented from entering, but i don't think you were cheating in the 1st place.
I don't know obviously, but i can imagine the confusion Rolf had, he was probably thinking i would join a game he was in.
If this situation happened on iselia (the fact that someone labeled you without any justification) contact bluecrab, if it happened on Vega, just Say the guild card and i'll apply a punishment (vega ship is not to be used to spread lies, use altimira for that effect) i would most likely need the entire story, every detail, if it happened on altimira (wich is most likely because i doubt Rolf plays on a ship i'm gm or a ship that doesn't have the nerfed legit command, so he can enter with whatever he uses) then probably contact the person in charge of altimira.

Next time you can:
- Leave and report if necessary
- Change ship
- Find a GM

It isn't right for you to change just because another person is acting incorrectly i know, but sometimes it's best to avoid, it's one of the reasons why i only play on iselia and vega and why some users avoid those ships.

I know there must be another side of the story, but if he was clueless about you cheating or not and if you were in a normal game, then he has no right to say that to you, because either you were alowed or you weren't cheating.

I have had someone saing the exact same thing to me after i left altimira a couple of days ago, but like i said before, i left exactly because of that and i don't take them seriously enough to complain, it's altimira, if the ship wants to have that kind of reputation, don't ask me to fix it.
On vega and iselia i feel relaxed and i know flaming to me or others won't happen there, we have never saw, but bluecrab's hand may be heavier then mine, so testing his pacience may not be the best way to go on the sylverant server.

Back in the day, at the zenith of PSO's online community, there were supposed to be over 250,000 regular players around the world. Still somewhat less than Sega's infamous '6 million players' advert but still enough people to create some drama.

Anyway, i don't know if you have reported this to a global GM (like bluecrab) or not, but i made a post on dcemulation that despite not punishing the player or players it might make things calm down.
I mean, they can say whatever they want, if they used the forums that would become problematic, but i believe they (rolf and company) now know that the server isn't to be used for such thing and that the ships just like the forums have ppl who keep an eye on things.
