I don't have any experience with this kind of stuff, I'm just guessing I need to buy the same exact component (or one very similar) remove the current one and solder on the new one. If anyone has any info/experience on this it would help greatly.

Repairing a VGA box
I have the no-name brand VGA box like everyone else (this one) and the 3.5mm jack has broken, only left audio works. I can still use the red and white RCA for VGA audio but I am looking to repair this audio jack.
I don't have any experience with this kind of stuff, I'm just guessing I need to buy the same exact component (or one very similar) remove the current one and solder on the new one. If anyone has any info/experience on this it would help greatly.
