Mode: Trial
Character: Sonic
Stage: Emerald Coast

Achievements for this competition:

SA FTW! - Win a Sonic Adventure competition
Jeweler (EC) - Collect 320 rings or more
Sonic Speed! (EC) - Get a time of 2:30 or better
Super Sonic Speed! (EC) - Get a time of 2:00 or better

I improved my time quite a bit.

was just about to say! I'm certain there was a way to get below 2 minutes to get that A Grade but I can't remember how to do it or if I ever managed it before, looking forward to testing this one out

Bumped into some spikes and was rather slow in some areas, but i still managed to get a nice time.
Had more trouble in trying to get a picture at the right time, especially because the time doesn't stay there forever

Wow, very nice! You can tell I haven't played this game much when your "nice" time beats my "best" time! I'll have to keep trying. Got any tips?

Yeah, I have the same problem. You have to be quick. I was originally going to do best score instead of best time but as you can see the score disappears instantly after it adds everything up.

Tips, i spindash alot, altough you may lose control in some areas such as ramps, so be carefull.
Also, there is a shortcut in the beguining, still, took me 6 or 7 tries before getting it right.

yeah there are a number of shortcuts, one in particular shaves a bucket load of time but I can't remember where!
