IT's existence has been confirmed.

It's real. And most likely an import handheld.

Re: is this the new neo geo??
Not really a real confirmation if you ask me...There's no word yet on when the handheld will arrive, how much it'll cost, or even if the whole thing is real. Of course, that hasn't stopped some hardcore SNK fans from getting excited, and I admit that I like the idea of legally playing Mark of the Wolves or Metal Slug 3 on the train.
How would they know if its made by a third party or not? I haven't seen that information said anywhere else.this little device is purported to be an officially licensed SNK Playmore portable made by an unspecified third-party company
I think the only way we will know if this is fake or real is to hear an official statement from SNK Playmore.

Here's some articles on the new handheld.AlecRob wrote:*Sonic cartoon voice* " I'm waiting...!"

Now you've got plenty to speculate about.

Lol, you've linked 3 posts which were all published on January 25th, and one of them is just a forum topic! January 25th was when everyone posted their blurb about this handheld. Further information hasn't really been forthcoming since.

Pffft, like SNK would release a system without some kind of arcade stick coming out of it. But If they made this I would buy it and play KOF 98 every day at work.
