I thought it was very skilled and colourful but, I must admit, I didn't really look past that ! lol

Yeah, there's some 'look at me' and shock value in those pictures. But I still like them.
Especially the GUM one... ^^
Some of the Mario ones are pretty neat too. Like that Game Boy with Mario ready to bite a mushroom...

Mmmm......I see what you mean. Surely though, at least partly, it's an artist's prerogative ? lol
I love anything JSR so, yeah, the GUM one is naturally my favourite.

I don't think it would work too well on a model 1. It's got too many design cues to make a good canvas. A model 2 would be better, but even then...
I really love that SoA one. So detailed.
