On some forums then there is a topic like this - where people can write down various laws in their country wich is insane
You have any crazy laws in your country?
Write them here, I will make a list myself

In Belgium you get punished for selling or growing weed...

funny thing is we're allowed to OWN it, but how or where would you get it

+If you want have a supermarket open on a sunday, it must be under 100km2.
+Alcohol can only be sold in stor from 08pm to 8pm, and not on sundays.
+If you owe a TV, then you are forced to pay a license, even if you use it as a monitor only (they will literally come to your house to check).
+You are allowed to sell sex, but not buy it.
+ During the Viking era, you could prove your innocent in court by walking 12 steps on burning coal!
(wonder how Norway would have been if we still followed Germanic mythology)
+State monopoly on (like everything else) on all alcohol over 4,6%

Indiana, USA - A man over the age of 18 may be arrested for statutory rape if the passenger in his car is not wearing her socks and shoes, and is under the age of 17.

Here's some interesting ones I found:
Georgia, USA:
Donkeys may not be kept in bathtubs.
No one may carry an ice cream cone in their back pocket if it is Sunday.
New Jersey, USA:
It is illegal to wear a bullet-proof vest while committing a murder.
It is against the law for a man to knit during the fishing season.
North Carolina, USA:
It’s against the law to sing off key.
Elephants may not be used to plow cotton fields.
Pennsylvania, USA:
It it illegal to sleep on top of a refrigerator outdoors.
A person is not eligible to become Governor if he/she has participated in a duel.
Dynamite is not to be used to catch fish.
