I'm a big VGM junkie. So I know there's probably quite a few. I'm wondering if there is a list somewhere that I can view? And if a list doesn't exist, I say we make one.

Shenmue II.

With all the promo stuff surrounding Shenmue I, including many soundtracks, I assume had Sega put more money in to the release of Shenmue II they would have released OSTs for it.

Someone however, released all the Shenmue II music via hacking the game. Its downloadable.

I have an XBOX rip of the Shenmue II music. Good quality too. A shame it never got an official release.

I'm pretty sure I've downloaded all the music from the CvS series. Great soundtracks too!

Did Power Stone 2 have an official soundtrack?

I think these are unreleased:

Cannon Spike (a.k.a. Gunspike)
Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future
Test Drive 6
OutTrigger
Blue Stinger
Slave Zero
Expendable (I think I have a rip of this one)

That would be just awesome to if there was a PS2 soundtrack! Extra Stage 3 (floating fortress) is my all time favorite song in powerstone 2! It amazing!

Luckily there is a music test in the options for PS2. Back in the day I ripped a bunch of music with a low fi setup. It's long since lost to the march of time (and new computers) since then.

I would say most of the US games didn't have official soundtracks. MSR also did not, to my knowledge, although that is a game I wouldn't have been surprised to see an official one for.

FYI, I wasn't listing the ones I badly want lol. I'd just like to compile a list of everything that hasn't had an official release. I can go off that list and can probably acquire the mp3s from friends at the ffshrine, and then post them here for whoever would like to have them.

I think it makes a lot more sense to do a list of the games that had official soundtrack releases. Because I think the overwhelming majority did not.

I think he's talking about individual songs, rather than the soundtrack of said game in its entirety.
