Hi guys,i know that this may be off topic but i was wondering if u could help me coz i am desperate:p.
I am from europe and i want to buy an ntsc dc from ebay,would this be possible on my tv?I forgot to tell you that i also have a pioneer sdt29 that is american so it could be possible,but i wanna be certain.

With this mod done, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT erase you flash neither try dc loop checker... , or else you will get a bricked DREAMCAST, and it will become nothing more than a paper waste ( or broken mojo as blutenliese like to say ).
This mod enables you to write on the "forbidden" areas on the flash so when writing or erasing on it there are chances of breaking the dreamcast.
Latest version of regionchange is more or less safe but do not erase your flash or use dc loop checker with this mod ON, you have been warned.

why would you wanna buy one, I got a PAl dc as well & I just use a bootdisk for non-PAL games

well i seemed to prefer a US dc coz i heard that it has more games than the pal. But u said that i can use a boot disc to play ntsc so this is a much better solution thx

Download this : Utopia Boot disc, then burn it and there you go, you can play games of any region with it.

i know he plans to use a TV but utopia has not VGA support and is less compatible that other boot discs. he has many choices that sure beat buying a NTSC Dreamcast.


btw jimmy is there some US game you want to play that is not out in pal land? i can think of 2 great games that pal has that we don't. Head Hunter and Shenmue 2.

the best bootdisk imo is the DC-X, it seems to support the most games & you'll only pay a few euros for it on ebay
