need help on import games roms

i downloaded a game but it didn't have a iso/imagedisc file. just some random file of nstc/jp/gdi file. can anyone give me some pointers how to do this.
GDI files can't be burned to discs.
You have to extract them and create a selfbooting CDI, which may require you to downsample and hack binaries in order to fit the game to a CDI.
Your best bet is to just look for a CDI file of the game.
