Can someone help me with wordpress?

Can someone find a good spot in their heart and help me with my stupid webpage? Me and my grand dad has engineered a product that will make me a millionaire one day:) Unfortunatly for me, i dont have the IT skills:)
I was wondering if anyone could edit my page a little bit, or atleast give me some advice:)? Im kinda stuck with the design:p
