Shenmue, shenmue 2, jet set radio, sonic adv 1 or 2, crazy taxi, typing of the dead, code veronica, and... I actually really like Sega bass fishing 2.

Like CodeMan said if you like RPGs Skies of Arcadia is a must! also another great rpg is Grandia 2 And of course you gotta get Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, Shenmue 1 and 2,Crazy Taxi 1 and 2,And In My Opinion the Resident Evil games have the best ports on the Dreamcast.
