Wont read disk and wont spin

Hello everyone I just bought a dreamcast and I wanted to see if it actually worked so I plugged it in and everything is fine (from what i can see:P) except it wont read the disk and it wont spin. So I was wondering if there is a fix I can do such as cleaning something. I will be posting a video tommorow showing everything. So if there is something specific you wanna see tell me and i'll post the video. Thanks in advanced
