Okay, so my friend was toying around with a launch dreamcast I owe and he has never really messed around with anything hardware wised before however he always reads up about it anyway, he took apart my working dreamcast and lost some screws but build it back together and now the Dreamcast won't work, it looks like he has placed the wrong screw, in the wrong place and killed some of the traces, is there anyway I can fix this? I'll leave an image of it so you can see it in your own eyes.

Yes, I've heard that means it's dead for good but I'm not too sure myself. :?

By the looks of it, I doubt that you can get it repaired by yourself, because as you said, it appears that some of the copper tracks have been cut off. The PCB was machine-made and the copper tracks are too tiny and too close to each other to be hand repaired.

I guess that you can get it repaired at a PCB factory/repairing company, but I doubt that it will be cheap.
