VGA box with PC line in audio

Hey guys! New here so hello 
. I just have a question for you guys here who can possibly help me. Basically, I've been thinking about investing in a VGA box for my DC so I can get 480p and get better quality than my a/v at the moment.
On this picture I have attached, my DC audio goes through my PC Line in as if it were a microphone. I enable listen in on my audio settings on Windows so I can hear the game audio through my 5.1 speakers in my computer.
What I would like to know is if I would be able to keep the DC audio going through the line in on my computer and through the computer speakers whilst using a vga box. It sounds great through my speakers and would love to keep this audio setup whilst having VGA. Your help is greatly appreciated.
