But, has anybody tested this on the SD adapters yet? I had hoped it could work, but I won't know until I get mine first. Maybe we could see if somebody could test it out for us. Dingo where are you mate? Could you try and see if the perfect English speech version for 99minute cdr's can be converted to SDISO format and if it plays full speed?

I think it would be so freaking great if it worked! :)

If you use the sd card, wouldn't it be better to use a direct dump? as in a GDI dump¿

The GDI dump of Shenmue II didn't have English voices.

Eight discs is a little much, with an SD-Card you could probably do it properly all on four (Or is it three) discs, just like gd-rom is.

This is not a split release, it is a 4 CDI version. Both the 700mb and 850mb cdr versions are.

But yeah, I'll have to see what I can do with the program that converts cdi's to SDISO format.

When Smith created this (with help from others), he kept it the same as far as disc for disc reproduction. There is no other way to do this being that all (4) GDI discs we stuffed, thus the mega down sampling he had to do with the audio. Due to this mega down sampling, he came up with the idea to make the larger CD disc version to improve the audio quality.

Thank you, Smith!
