So I got a VGA box, a Pelican one, and it won't power on when I turn on the system.

How would I go about fixing it (once I can open the thing because the screws are terrible)?

have you hooked up av cables to the box to see if its the vga part of the box? check the solder joints on the board of the vga box and make sure there is no damage to it in the area where it plugs into the dreamcast

Ok, I was an idiot, it wasn't plugged in all the way, that's why it didn't turn on.

Or it's a Dreamcast Birthday Miracle.

lol its all good, i did the same thing when i got my vga cable for some reason the input was slighty bigger then the av cable input, lol
