I found a VoIP phone adapter with a router (
http://www.amazon.com/Cisco-SPA2102-Pho ... spa2102-sf) at a thrift shop, and wanted to know, can I use it to get my Dreamcast online?

It looks promising but I can't say for sure. Maybe compare chipsets with a known working one.
It would be awesome to compile a list of known VOIP routers with a ringdown.
