Hello everyone, first time post! Being that the Dreamcast is one of my favorite consoles it's always great to find active forums for this wonderful system. In my spare time not only do I play DC games but I try my hand at modding a few as well.
While I'm here I'd also like to ask what the policies are for discussing Dreamcast game mods, the appropriate place to post such threads and if download links to such mods are allowed in the future. Thanks!

Welcome to DC-Talk. We're all open here to anything to enhance our console experience. This "open" concept is how things progress to keep the "Dream" alive. We have several games online here including recent additions and fixes and support through various people who contribute to this forum.
I hope your experience here is a good one.

P.S. we only disallow pirate links to homebrew commercial DC games like SturmWind, Dux etc.

This will most likely be the final release of DOA2 by the Green Ranger. Since this release includes material
from the previous release as well as new content, this project is being dubbed DOA2 ULTIMATE EDITION for
the Dreamcast.
The following material is present in the game:
*Kasumi-
1) C1 costume is now red <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!
2) C5 Kasumi Schoolgirl costume has been modified
Zack-
1) Hair has been altered for C2 costume <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!
Jan Lee-
1) Tattoo added to stomach on C4 costume <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!
Genfu-
1) Added web and spider designs to pants of C6 costume <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!
Tina-
1) Play as Helena's Mom by selecting C4 costume
2) Play in Tina's Furcoat by selecting C5 costume <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!
Leon-
1) Play as Bayman by selecting C3 costume (New color palette for Bayman costume)
*Various Character dialogue for game's story has been changed. Previous release
had new material, ULTIMIATE EDITION has even more. For example, Check out
Kasumi's 'ending' <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!
*Many songs have been replaced with tracks from DOA4
*Training Mode has NEW song from another DOA game <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!
*Larger DUMMY file has been added to disc to allow for faster loading in your Dreamcast <--- NEW TO THIS RELEASE!

Yup I remember that Readme, note that it said it would *likely* be the final release, not that it *definitely* would be.
The final release is reserved for the upcoming
Dead Or Alive 2: Final Edition.
