How is everyone burning the .CDI images these days? I was able to burn a v 1.1 boot disk but every game i burn simply doesnt load? The boot disk however does.

Im using A120% right now IMGburn says it doesnt support the format?

If I remember correctly, IMGburn needs a plugin to support the .CDI format. I personally use DiscJuggler and that works fine, for normal 700 MB or smaller images anyway. 90/99 min images are not that regular and finding CDs for it is hard.

Burning software for the DC is a bit tricky because multiple things need to be okay for it to work:
- it's best to try with an emulator to see if the image is selfboot or not if you are not sure about it; some images make the emus freeze, but if the SEGA logo comes up, it's self boot
- it's usually advised to burn at slow speed, usually 4x or 8x, so you need a CD/DVD drive that supports such speed
- you have to find a CD brand that your DC can read well, for example my DC has problems reading Maxell CDs but TDK CDs are fine
- buying the same brand of CDs is still not a guarantee, I bought TDK CDs that didn't work on my DC at all, even tho it was the same brand and type, but apparently from a different batch

ive got it going now i have imgburn with the DLL plugins burning at the slowest speed (16x) seems to work nicely. Whats the best way to get my collection on the net? keep my packed files (in 20mb~ segments) or just extract the CDI image (or bin/cue)
