I'm new here and just got my Dreamcast. I'm a big RPG guy so i'm looking to play PSO (version 2) online, but i am not sure if i can with what i'm running, I also do not have any phone jacks in my house except for the modem for my PC. Here's my setup:
Windows 32 bit vista
Arris TM822 modem
Does anyone know how I can get PSO online with this?

Buy a BBA, and then it'll work fine.

If you don't have any phone jacks, then the BBA or building a DC-PC bridge are your only options, and you'll probably need another OS than Vista to do the latter.

Though i'm not sure if your modem will work. Cost for this setup is $55~ maybe a bit more maybe less. But its the cheapest and easiest right now

That's not even close to being the easiest method of getting online. The BBA is way easier and doesn't require you to acquire random resistors, capacitors, wires, and batteries, nor does it require any soldering. You just connect it, configure it for your network, and then play. No other method is easier, but you pay a premium for the convenience and performance you receive.

The cheapest method would be to pay for a dial-up ISP, but that's hard if you don't have a land line or telepohone service at your residence.
