I bought a keyboard off eBay, and I can't get it to show up on my Dreamcast. I know it's not the controller port, since it works with a controller just fine. Do I need to have a mouse plugged in at the same time for it to recognize? (I have no idea where my mouse is)

Well I have two spare (UK PAL) keyboards ones and a PAL UK mouse if you wanted them (As long as your in the UK I can post it to you)

Try a game like Typing of the Dead as I don't think it would need to have a mouse in to use the keyboard.

I do not live in the UK. I guess I can burn a copy of Typing of the Dead, since I don't have it at the moment (I was waiting to get a keyboard before I bought it).

It didn't show up at all in the game, so I'm starting a return.
This is the second time buying a DC keyboard off eBay has not worked out.

Sorry to hear that about the keyboards, at least you know it isn't working and can get a refund/return
