[ Nintendo Figures & Keychains ] Are These Figures Pirated or Genuine?

Hi. I got these as a freebie from a Game Boy DMG. The keychains Yoshi and Mario limbs are articulated. I'm not sure what the Phoenix is if it's a Pokemon (not into Pokemon games yet). Are they pirated figure or are genuine licensed or official?
I've added a few more figures, I'm not sure if that Grim Fandango keychain (the blue bone extends) and if it is, is it fake or original? Same with the other figures (the cloth with foam in it keychain, not sure if that's Pokemon as well). The trains are from Epoch Made in China. The pink one and ice cream cone, I'm not sure too if it's from Animal Crossing (haven't played that as well).
