A guy on PlanetDreamcast forums made one, but not so "Official-ish" looking. It's pretty cool, and even cooler with MvC2.

One problem, I think he forgot to make a place to put the Dreamcast. I would think he would have made a shelf on the back for it but I don't see anything. From what it looks like he puts the console on a table next to the cabinet.
