Sonic Adventure World Ranking website functionally has returned thanks to dc-talk community members DR TEAMCAST and Jial.
To access the world ranking feature simply use the dreampi DNS 46.101.91.123. Boot the game, select website and browse to the world ranking section. you must register a BB account through the ranking website.
