Skies of Arcadia PAL VGA code fix

Some times ago I discovered that a guy was able to convert the Skies of Arcadia Pal VGA patch made by japanese cake, into a working Codebreaker code, to use with PAL retail copies of the game.

Something that seems impossible and probably it's still widely unknown to a part of the DC community.

I tested the code, it works perfectly apart for one issue (that I recently discovered it's an issue that comes from the japanese cake patch directly):

SOA video and audio are not synchronized, with video being too fast compared to the audio (that seems to maintain the correct speed instead).
It can be tested in the game intro, when you can see that the cutscene ends way ahead before the music ends.


Now I'd like to try to find a fix for this, as I guess there is some way to find a Code breaker code to actually slow down only the video and make it run at the original 50Hz speed.

Unfortunately I don't have a clue about how to do it, so that's why I call for the help of the experts of Codebreaker codes.
