How can I apply the Jap undub to this ? the checksums don't match

I have a PAL image with Japanese voices UNDUB and uncensored mod on top of it.
I want to apply your /2 encounter rate mod + the 2x EXP+money mod on my image.

The 2xExp mod is easy with a Hex Editor
For your encounter mod however, you didn't provide Hex instructions but an already built image.
Which is why I'm having difficulty
