Great list, just finished reading.
Some notes...
VANISHING POINT
The graphics are far better than PS1 (just try the PS1 version of Vanishing Point to see that), but perhaps the point was that they are quite simple geometrically and texture wise. Still, they more detailed and complicated than Ridge Racer PS1. I think it's an astonishing arcade-like experience at 60fps. It plays better with some third party controllers that have different stick travel compared to the official controller. Also, Clockwork Games made more than 1 other game. Sure they made Lemmings 3D, but most notably Speedster (aka BattleRound USA, Speedster) on PS1 which is sort of like a top down Vanishing Point in a way. Anyway, glad to see this on the list.
SUPER RUNABOUT
The NTSC version of this plays so much better than the PAL version, which I had avoided for years. It's still a very Japanese game, and a little bit odd, but I would say if the frame rate was the major problem you had with it then give the USA version another go. My 2nd favourite in the series, with my favourite being Runabout 2 on PS1.
My top 10, in alphabetical order.

- Jet Set Radio
- Mars Matrix: Hyper Solid Shooting
- Ooga Booga
- Power Stone 2
