Neo4All Question

Hello,
I made a few Neo4All RC4 CDI's but they end up being the edited US versions of the games. Does this have to do with the bios I'm using or does the cfg file need to be edited? Sam Sho games just aren't the same with white blood. Any help would be appreciated.
