hacks or cheat code
Hi, I have found a lot of offer in online for hacks or cheat code for most of the dreamcast games. Does anyone know these are real or work? And also tell me whether these are legal or illegal.

It's hard to say if the hacks/codes you found are real, if you don't point us towards your finds 
. That being said, there are plenty of legit codes and hacks out there for many of the released Dreamcast games.
It's not illegal to apply patches/hacks to your Dreamcast games as well using special codes.

If you're going to spend money anyway, you might as well get a Gameshark/Cheats and Codes (Code Breaker is pretty expensive). Codes in lots of games and they let you play games from other regions.
