You can play any import game on an NTSC-U DC, as long as you have a boot disc.
ok i have the utopia cd loader and it works.i also have the roms and an emulator...snes9x...what do i do...ive put the emu on a cd with the games but...

yes roms and emulator go into the same cd.
btw, did using the boot cd help at all?
i have a snes emulator, don't have problems as far as i can see.
so... i've been looking forward to having a dreamcast since it came out on the market... fortunetly i arranged to get one from a friend about 2 or 3...

open console (remove the upper part), input cd and push a triger on the back, that will be the same as closing the cd lid.
