Seaman ISAO Okawa Edition

Seaman is my favorite Dreamcast game and I was wondering if Ookawa-ryuu Kataritsugu Keiei -- aka Seaman ISAO Okawa Edition ever leaked online?

I recently bought a Dreamcast collection book where this game was mentioned but I can’t find anything about it online. Just a sold listing at Mandarake. Does anyone know more about this? Thanks
