no, only DMZ

there are two options to open ports
1) DMZ - this option is suitable for most users, but if you need to open a port for another device on the network, then this option will not work
2) manual configuration - this option is for those who need to open ports not only for DreamCast, but also for a computer (for example, a website on a computer or a dedicated server for some game)

Help please, for a few days I have this problem, I can only surf the internet and play PSO, but the other online games just don't work. I have changed the able LVI, the internet provider and I have the same result. (This happens to me with Raspberry PI - Dreampi and PC-DC Dreampi). But with the megavolt85 option I was able to notice this error. Any idea what is going wrong?
