Rayman 2 Gameshark problem

For some reason the infinite health and flying Rayman codes makes the game unplayable. Like in the Fairy Glade Level when you have to blast open the door with the X after picking up the bomb. When im walking with the bomb the bomb doesn't show up on screen just his hands. Also when you save ly the game freezes during the dialoge.
