Ok, this is a MUCH better looking menu than the made-in-garage GDEMU menu.

My GDEMU takes a lot to load the menu because the high number of games inside it, I would be happy if Openmenu takes just the same time to load.
How to install it?

Grid view moves very fast!

Ok, found the instructions on the first post.
Right now, all my games are in cdi format, so I hope some day CDI is supported too because I like this menu much more, and if you say it is instant, then is unbeatable

I just did a quick run through with this and really liked it. After adding a few games I tested the card - cover art in the menu did not match the game listed. I put the card back in the PC and relaunched the program. I added two more games (all gdi - did not try the shrink method), manually re-ordered the list and finished the card. All worked well, with proper art showing up per game. This is excellent! It even worked on a PC that the will not run the latest MadSheep tool.

todays updates:

-wrote a tool to make personalized DAT files for your specific gamelist
* takes less space on your SD card
* copies faster

-reorganized the codebase some

-wrote a small packer to compress openmenu and decompress on load (binary size 280kb down to 194kb, decompressor is 384 bytes)

-started work on cataloging PAL+JAP boxart for the DATs
* should be done in the next free days
* everything retail should then have a cover when loaded
