Vmu chao editor 2 made by tyro, its the dreamcast equivalent of fusion cores chao editor, it works by sending the chao to the vmu and using the minigame to edit your chao's stats and appearance, not sure if it counts for what your looking for tho

Dreamcast fans seems not to be a Sonic Adventure fan too. In Mega Drive/Genesis it exists lots of Sonic mods!

Use Tyro's Chao Editor 1 (if Sonic Adventure) and 2 (if Sonic Adventure 2). It can lower the age of the Chao, essentially making it immortal if you keep rewinding the clock.

The way I got the files was through the XDP Browser's VMU files section. Look for it there.
