Avatar Upload Issue Fixed

So there was an avatar upload permission error that needed fixed for avatars to work again. I wasn't aware of the issue until sprakeh and scaryred24 pointed it out. Apparently this was broken since about May :oops:

My avatar always too big for some odd reason , never fits , just 54x65
