Video signal issue

Hi friends,

One of my DC's suddenly started to make lots of interferences on video signal with analog scart cables. As long as the laser change position it affects and produce noise on video signal! Weird! Changing the cable doesn't help. It must be something with the video port or something. Any help would be appreciated.
