Is this game in PAL better or NTSC? In terms of picture quality

I live in Australia

I will be using VGA.

i would think there's no difference...but idk...i love the way the game looks on my ntsc console thru vga

There is a Remix version that changed all the Jazz music for other songs that fit better.
