Alien quake has the same problem as radquake 4.5 (reboot after sega logo).

Confirmed, same on NTSC|U and PAL.

Probably easier to build a gdi before create a .cdi if you have cdda.
And you can share the gdi and each one will create is own version (gdemu, dreamshell, usbgdrom, burnable cd).

For me create a cdda .cdi is not easy directly... because the start lba is "random" and not easy to binhack.

Two issues for real console : alignement problem, or start lba, if you have a reboot it may be a lba problem. Easier to correct with gdi builder and ip.bin/ 1ST_READ.BIN at 45000 lba for track03.bin.

if you have cdda in .wav you can change them in .raw, with gdi explorer 1.6.1 from japanese_cake.

gdi builder write the lba adress for cdda directly in the .gdi file.

When it boots just swap in the disk that did not work.. It has a disk checking routine and also asks for 50 /60


If this does not boot for you.. I can tell you this was tested by 1000's of people it works including me for me back in 2004..
If you wasted a cdr aliensquake or fullquake just swap the cd in when asked..

This one i know works i tested and used it all the time my self in australia.

Hi i found some things broken in the pvr rending here is the plain files to Radquake final last version from 2004 that will work it will work with joy menu


These plain files have been tested by a freind and work on a real dreamcast..


Im sorry for all this bother.. if i had a dreamcast av cable i could of avoided all this..

I tested RadQuake 4.5, what can i say, game run without any delays, but have some times has litle glitch in sound (hear the crackle when play in headphones). I hope in future you can add CDDA in game. Thanks for your work Ian Micheal.

Thanks But like i said there was many people fragger being one and speud that deserve a lot of credit...

I just wanted all that hard work by others and my self , to be used..

Back in 2003 it was a lot harder porting things to dreamcast and setting up tool chain's

Im working on some idea's on geting CDDA musc
