Can’t Starlancer, Worms World Party And NBA 2K2 be played in PAL regions

Worms and Starlancer both can. NBA 2K2 does not have online options.

Luckily it's beyond easy to play NTSC games on a PAL Dreamcast, so no need to worry about versions.
