Were could i get a dirt cheap broadband adapter?

i was wondering if there is a site were i could get a dirt cheap bba. is there a site that has a guide on how to build one? i really want one but dont want to buy 1 for $200 on Ebay. any help would be great! :D

This is the cheapest I could find...$159.99 in US currency. I did not look into shipping info.
